Work When Free is a free connection platform for short local jobs and flexible part-time work. Someone who needs a few hours of help posts a listing. Someone with free time browses the listings and decides what to take up. That is the whole idea.

Who it is for

• People with spare hours who want extra income from short tasks, evenings, or weekends.
• People who need help with a task that is too small for an agency and too specific for a general classified site.
• Anyone who prefers to see the task, the hours, and the amount before deciding to contact the other person.

What we do

• We host the listings and provide keyword and location search so nearby work is easy to find.
• We keep contact details behind a login so numbers are not collected in bulk from the public pages.
• We remove listings that appear misleading, unsafe, or outside the intended use of the service.

What we do not do

• We do not charge workers to view listings or to obtain jobs. There is no recruitment fee and no placement fee.
• We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, and we do not place anyone in a job.
• We do not guarantee income, hours, or that any listing will lead to work.
• We do not verify identities, phone numbers, or jobs, and we are not a party to any arrangement made after contact.
