Work When Free is a free connection platform for short local jobs and flexible part-time work. One side posts a task. The other side browses the listings and decides what to take up. We do not charge workers to get jobs, we are not an employer or recruiter, and we do not guarantee income.
If you are looking for work
- Open the home page and browse the listings. You do not need an account to look.
- Search by keyword, or select a location on the map and choose a radius to see jobs near you.
- Read the task, the hours and the amount the poster entered. Each listing also shows how many days are left before it expires.
- If a listing suits you, log in once to see the poster's contact number. You choose whether to get in touch.
- Any arrangement after that is between you and the poster. Agree the details directly and proceed at your own risk.
If you need help with a task
- Log in and complete your profile with your name, phone number, country and location.
- Post the job with a clear title, a short description, the hours involved and the amount you are offering.
- Select the job location on the map so people nearby can find it.
- Your listing stays visible until the expiry date you set. You can expire it early from Jobs Posted by Me once the task is done.
Listings are written by other users, not by us. We do not verify identities, phone numbers or jobs. Read the safety tips before you contact anyone, and report anything that looks misleading or unsafe.
