By using Work When Free you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

What this service is

• Work When Free is a free connection platform. We host listings posted by users and provide search so people can find them.
• We do not charge workers to view listings or to obtain jobs, and we do not collect recruitment or placement fees.
• We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not interview, screen, place, or supervise anyone, and we do not guarantee income or hours.
• Any agreement about work, payment, or timing is strictly between the two users involved. We are not a party to it.

Your account

• Provide accurate details, and keep your profile up to date. A complete profile is required before posting.
• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• You must be old enough to work lawfully where you live.
• We may suspend or block an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to mislead or harm others.

Rules for posting a job

• Describe the task honestly, with hours and an amount that reflect the actual work.
• Post only lawful work. Nothing illegal, unsafe, adult, discriminatory, or harmful.
• Never ask a worker for a fee, deposit, registration charge, training payment, or any money to be considered. Listings that do are removed.
• Do not put phone numbers, email addresses, or external links in the description. Contact details are shared through the site after login.
• Do not post the same job repeatedly, or post on behalf of someone whose details you cannot confirm.
• Expire your listing once the task is filled.

Using contact details

• Contact details are shown so you can discuss a specific job. Use them for that purpose only.
• Do not collect numbers in bulk, scrape the site, use automated tools against it, or add anyone to marketing lists.
• Do not harass, threaten, or repeatedly contact someone who has declined.

No verification, and your own risk

Listings and contact details are provided by users "as is". Work When Free does not verify identities, phone numbers, or jobs, is not a party to any deal, and accepts no liability for scams, losses, injuries, disputes, or other activity that may follow contact. You must check all details yourself and proceed at your own risk. Read the safety tips before you meet anyone or begin work.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you write, and you confirm you have the right to post it. You allow us to display and distribute it on the site so the service can function. We may remove any listing at our discretion, and we may take further action as per Work When Free policy.

Availability

The service is provided without any warranty of uninterrupted access. Features may change, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Advertising

Ads shown alongside listings are paid placements and are not endorsements. Dealings with an advertiser are between you and them. See Advertise Here for details.

Reporting a problem

Use the Report button on a listing to flag it, and email us if you have been asked for money or believe a listing is a scam. If you feel unsafe or believe a crime has taken place, contact your local authorities first.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
